Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% happy with the products you have received, you may request a return within 14 days of receipt, provided they meet the criteria below. Please provide your order number and reason for return in your request.

Once returned, you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund in store credit, which will exclude the cost of postage. We are unable to accept goods that have been used or not in resaleable condition.

If you think your SUBONLY product has a material or manufacturing flaw or is defective, we will accept exchanges up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us before returning any products back to us.

Terms and conditions

• All returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and complete with original tags and must be returned together with its original packaging.

• Items that have been customised with heat-press vinyls are unable to be exchanged or refunded.

• We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the item(s).

• A shipping cost will be chargeable before dispatch of your exchanged item(s).

• Please ensure all returned items are packaged securely so they are not damaged in-transit, and are sent with a traceable, insured postal service.

• SUBONLY will not be held responsible for any damage and/or loss occurred during the return shipment process.

• All returned item(s) are subject to a quality inspection. We are unable to offer a refund or replacement if your product is not returned in the original condition it was received.

• Sale, discounted and imperfect item(s) are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

• Product exchanges can only be done once per receipt.

• Store credit can be used on your next purchase.

• Pre-order items are made-to-order. Any cancellations made during the order window are subject to a cancellation fee of ten (10%) percent of the full retail price. You will be refunded the balance in the form of store credit. No exceptions.
